CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Check in time is 3:00 PM - Check out time is 10:00 AM
RESERVATIONS: A 50% deposit is required to reserve your dates within 1 week of making your reservation. Remaining balance is due 30 days or more before your arrival.
REFUND POLICY: Our policy is to refund your rental fees less $200 for administrative costs, only if we are able to re-rent the house for your reserved time period. Although we will always do what we can to fill your cancelled dates, we are not obligated nor can we guarantee.
NUMBER OF GUESTS: The maximum number of guests is 8 persons. Any additional guests must be pre-arranged at time of reservation.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT:
A $500 damage deposit is required and will be refunded provided there are no damages or excessive cleaning required.
