Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- MONTHLY Rentals are available upon request between October 1 and April 1.
Monthly rental is $754.08 which inlcudes everything except a one-time cleaning fee upon departure. - For each reservation, a Refundable Deposit of $175 is required. The deposit is due within 7 days of making a reservation. An Advanced Payment equal to 50% of the renal rate is required 60 days before arrival. The advance payment will be applied toward the room rent. The Balance Of The Rent Is Due 45 Days Prior To Your Arrival Date. Payments can be made in the form of credit card, traveler's checks, bank money orders, cashiers checks or personal checks. Deposits and Rental Payments are refundable if a cancellation is made within 30 days of the arrival date. There is a $30 processing fee for refunds. There are no refunds for an early departure. If payment is made by credit card a small processing fee is applied.
