Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- The normal check-in is Saturday @ 4:00 pm and the check-out is 11:00 am the following Saturday. The dates on the calendar are the nights of your stay.Higher Rates for the following weeks (Please see chart):Week which includes Memorial Day, week which includes July 4th, the EAA fly-in, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years. The monthly Rate is for 28 days.At check-in, a valid credit card and either a drivers license or passport is required.
Weekend Nights are Friday and Saturday nights plus Sundays on holiday weekends. Mid-week Holidays are treated as week-end rates if they are not not specifically priced. Normal week nights are Sunday through Thursday.
We 'DO NOT' charge a separate cleaning fee on rentals of a week or more. However, additional charges to your charge card may occur if you do not leave the house reasonably clean. To date, we have not charged anyone.
Additional $10.00 charge per day for each dog or cat. - This is a non-smoking house. In the event we find you have smoked, there will be an additional charge to your charge card and you will be unable to rent from us in the future. To date, we've only had one family abuse the rental privilege. Please be courteous to future renters!
