- Half of the Total Amount of the Reservation, Plus the $500 Damage Deposit Fee is due when the Reservation is made. Final Amount is due 15 days prior to arrival date. A contract will be drawn up outlining payment details, and liability information.
A $50 cancellation fee will apply if reservation is terminated at least 15 days prior. If the reservation is canceled at 15 days or less notice, then half of your reservation fee will not be refunded. The full amount of your reservation will be charged if cancellation is inside of 7 days. All cancellations must be made by phone. (Emails will not suffice. A confirmation must be given from our end.) 'No Shows' will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
