Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- Responsible party must be 25 years of age or older.
Weekly rates are for six nights and does not include the $130 cleaning fee.
$250 refundable damage deposit
There is a $20 per person per day charge for each guest over 10.
50% of rental is due to hold the reservation. The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to check-in. $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to check-in to receive deposit.
Check-in is at 4:00pm Central Standard Time check-out is at 11:00am Central Standard Time.
No pets.
Should damage occur to property or possession while renting, renters will pay for damages at their own expense.

The lower level has a large bedroom, ceiling fan, with two bunkbeds twins over double and an attached full bath.
