Porto Rafti Apartment Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- To confirm your booking a 30% deposit of the total rent is required. The subtotal must be payed max. 3 days prior to arrival.
Early confirmed bookings make our planning easier. Therefore we offer 20% reduction for bookings up to 2 months before arrival and 10% reduction for bookings up to 30 days before arrival(minimum stay 1 week). Confirmed bookings cannot be canceled, but if the availability allows it, we can alter the date of your stay.
Refundable breakages deposit of 300 eur required on arrival, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
