Franconia House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- 2650/Week
- $2,650 per week. $500 security deposit (refundable within 5 days of checkout upon inspection). 9% rooms and meals tax. If left excessivly messy a $250 cleaning fee will be taken out of security deposit when returned.
Will accept minimum 3 night stay during the Fall (Oct-Nov). Rates are $550/night plus 9% rooms and meals tax with a $500 fully refundable security deposit.
