Wells Cottage Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Saturday - Saturday rental is required during Summer season.
$200 security deposit is required for all rentals, which will be refunded within 2 weeks of your departure minus any damage cost.
50% of rental fee is required at the time of the reservation. Cottage will be reserved when initial deposit is received.
Remainder of rental fee, 7% Maine lodging tax, cleaning fee, linen/towel fee if selected, and separate check for security deposit are due no later than 3 weeks prior to arrival. Personal or bank checks are accepted.
