- $125/night, 3 night minimum. Plus 11% rental tax. Discounts for 4+ nights.;
Special rates may apply to holiday dates. $125 refundable deposit required.;
Full payment required 30 days prior or within 7 days of booking if less than 30;
days. No cancellation fee 30 days in advance. 50% cancellation fee within 30 days.;
100% cancellation fee if within 3 days. Extenuating circumstances considered.;
credit cards are accepted as well as PayPal. Deposit will be refunded if cottage;
is left in good order. Please note that this is a home and not a hotel room;
thus guests should leave the cottage in a presentable condition.;
