Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

We are happy to hold your reservation with a 50% deposit this is fully refundable up to 30 days prior to your arrival date. After this time it will apply in full to your stay amount. There is also a cleaning fee please inquiry this fee is based on the number of guests staying in this large home. If you are bring a pet is must be pre-approved. Please inquiry for approval on weight and breed. The balance of the other 50% and the cleaning fee are due on the day of arrival.
