Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

7% tax and optional electric pool heat.
RENTAL RATES INCLUDE:
Cleaning Fee, Wireless Internet access. Over 70 cable TV channels with 30 High Definition channels. Local, Long Distance and Canadian phone calls. 5Bikes, BBQ, TableTennis etc are also included.
A 20% deposit is required with booking.
Refundable security deposit of $300 payable with the balance and returned after check out due to no damage of property.
PAYMENTS MAY BE MADE BY:
Money Order, Wire Transfer, Banker's Draft, Personal or Certified check in U.S. Funds .
We also accept PayPal.
