Folly Field Villa Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $320/wk - $775/wk
- Note: The cleaning fee includes linens, towels, and starter supplies such as a few rolls of toilet tissue, a roll of paper towel, soaps, dish soap, and sample sizes of dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent.
Note: Please contact us for fees related to off season monthly rentals.
Note: A $250 deposit (due within 5 days of booking) reserves the villa with the balance being due 30 days prior to arrival.
Note: We accept checks or money orders. Personal checks must be received at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. We also accept credit cards (Visa or Master Card) for a 6% processing fee (7% if non-U.S.)
Note: During PEAK times, we try to rent Saturday to Saturday. We can be more flexible on this during non-peak times or even in peak times if we still have availability at the last minute.
