All deposits are 50% refundable if cancelled 90 days or more prior to occupancy. Deposits on reservations where cancellations are made less then 90 days in advance of occupancy are non-refundable .
The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However the owners reserve the right to make alterations to bookings, without notice, due to unforeseen circumstances. Incase of any unforeseen circumstance all monies will be returned.
To maintain a good standard for all our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We require that all guests will respect our property and happily abide by the following.
Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests which have not been agreed to in writing prior to arrival.
