- Monthly rentals are heavily discounted, and therefore do not include any electricity
- The Booking Calendar is updated daily. Reservations are confirmed only upon the receipt of your deposit (and are refundable* but separate from the rental price). Deposits are calculated on approx. 25% of rental cost with a minimum set at $250. Cleaning fees are mandatory and paid on arrival All linens are professionally laundered, which is expensive here and part of the cleaning fee. *Deposits are refunded AFTER your departure and upon satisfactory preview of the condo. Please allow 2-5 days for PayPal refunds. If you do not have, or want a PayPal account, please inquire as to other payment options. Credit cards are only accepted by using PayPal, and like any charge payment, there is a transaction fee charged by PayPal. All rent balances are due at the time of check in - CASH ONLY (unless pre-paid in full via PayPal - or another payment option approved in advance).
