Huddleston House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Reservations
All rentals are from Saturday to Saturday in the summer season. During the spring, fall, and winter, nightly reservation are allowed with a 2 night minimum. 3 night minimum for holidays.
In addition to the rental fee, each tenant will also be charged a refundable security deposit, 5% VA sales tax, 5% county transient occupancy tax and cleaning fee.
You must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation, and the leaseholder must occupy the property for the duration of the lease.
At the time a reservation is made and payment is processed, the reservation becomes a legal and binding contract and is subject to our cancellation policy.
A lease will be mailed to you along with a copy for you to sign and mail back. You will also receive an information sheet with facts specific to the home you have chosen. You may also request the lease and information sheet be emailed to you.
Cancellation
All cancellations must be in writing either by mail or email. - Fall Special $175 per night
