Huddleston Cabin Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Our office is located at 16475 Booker T. Washington Hwy, Moneta, VA, at Halesford Bridge just across from Bridgewater Plaza. For reservations, please call us at 540-719-0058.
Reservations
All rentals are from Saturday to Saturday in the summer season. During the spring, fall, and winter, nightly reservation are allowed with a 2 night minimum. 3 night minimum for holidays.
In addition to the rental fee, each tenant will also be charged a refundable security deposit, 5% VA sales tax, 5% county transient occupancy tax and cleaning fee.
You must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation, and the leaseholder must occupy the property for the duration of the lease.
At the time a reservation is made and payment is processed, the reservation becomes a legal and binding contract and is subject to our cancellation policy.
A lease will be mailed to you along with a copy for you to sign and mail back.
