- From $90/nt to $190/nt
- Ø Check-in: Check-in is 4:00 P.M., Central Time or later. Occasionally delays may occur. You will find Beaches of South Walton Vacations Care-free Check-in to be the quickest and most convenient way to occupy your rental property. We give you a map to your rental property in advance along with your combination code to get your key out of the lockbox at the home. You go directly to your vacation accommodation, non-stop. There is no need to check in at a rental office.
Ø Check-out: Check out is no later than 10:00 A.M., Central Time. Please be courteous and depart on time, so we can prepare for the next guest’s arrival. When you lock up as you depart, leave your last key in the lockbox and any additional keys in obvious view on the kitchen counter. Be sure all doors and windows are closed to protect against inclement weather. If you have time to remove kitchen trash to the outside containers and load and start the dishwasher, we will be grateful for your help. - *** Four-night minimum stays are usually required over Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years. Shorter stays will be considered closer to an arrival date if the property has not booked. 7-Night stay requirement the week of the 4th of July.
