Great Diamond Island Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Before and after the Peak season (2010: July 3 - September 6) homes are offered at a rate of $1,700 per week or $340 per night.
During Peak Season, homes are offered for stays of at least one week. The rate is $2,000/week (a reduction of $500 from 2010). If home is still available, a guest can make a reservation as much as two weeks in advance for stays of two nights or more at a daily rate of $400/night.
A refundable security deposit of $300 is required before arrival. We provide linens, towels and some toiletries.
