- Linens, bath towels, and basic kitchen items and toiletries. Also a Weber BBQ pit. There is a swing, hammock, beach chairs and toys for your use on the beach.
Please keep the number of people to those listed on rental. If additional people plan to come over or stay the night, this must be approved and not go over house limit.
Small pets are welcome if they are caged/trained for a small fee but PLEASE tell me about the pet before coming! There is a $25 pet fee. No large dogs as the house is too small. - We leave the house clean and in good order and do improvement/repairs constantly. Beach weather is terrible on the house and furnishings and every week I replace or replenish supplies and materials. The light bulbs even rust in Galveston!
We don't want to charge a deposit OR cleaning fee. We prefer that you just clean and leave the house as you find it. IF you don't have time to clean before leaving, just let me know and you can pay $100 cleaning fee.
