- Please email us for an accurate quote. Holiday periods, such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's are a little more. With stays over two weeks there is a mandatory cleaning fee of $100.00 per cleaning, home to be cleaned every two weeks. Extra cleaning and linen service during your stay is available upon request at an additional charge.
Check in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 10:00 a.m. These times are rarely flexible, as we have other guests coming in. We will try to be as flexible as possible, but may not be able to accommodate requests for changes.
We prefer to rent for a minimum of one week. However, during the slow season we may consider shorter stays. Please feel free to inquire.
