Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- 50% required at time of booking. Only refunded if we are able to rent the same week. 50% balance due 30 days prior to start of reservation. Refundable Security Deposit for $375.00. Will be returned once the unit is found in the same condition prior to rental.

Holidays will be charged at high season rates. - Cleaning Fee - $75, payable 30 days prior to start of reservation. Weekly special rates may include cleaning. Nightly stays do not include cleaning. Cleaning is additional unless otherwise specified. Nightly bookings - 2 night minimum in high season.
