Geneva-on-the-Lake House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- 2013 Summer Rates June 1 through September 30:
$1,350 per 1 week (7 days)
$1,950 per 2 weeks (14 days)
$3,200 per month (30 days)
There is a 5% tax on top plus another 3% if renting less than 30 days. The cleaning fee is $150.00.
For weekly rentals there is a $250.00 refundable security deposit that is returned upon inspection and assessment of the condition that our home is left in.
There is a $1,000.00 refundable security deposit and $300.00 cleaning charge for monthly rentals.

- There is a full bathroom located upstairs in the hallway between the 4 bedrooms. We do not have a bathroom located on the main floor. We do have a toilet (with a door) in the basement that we used when we would come in from playing outside or down on the beach. We also have a small shower stall in the basement that we would use to clean up in as well.
