- Completed rental agreement and 50% deposit must be received within 7 business days of agreement to rent. The balance of rental payment, including 7% Maine Lodging tax and $75 cleaning deposit, is due at least 30 days prior to rental date. The cleaning deposit will be returned, if the cottage is found to be in the same condition as when rental period began.
No pets.
Towels and sheets are not included in rental.
Weekly rentals run from Saturday to Saturday. Check in after 3pm and check out by 10am.
Cancellation policy: full refund if cancel 30 days or more from first day of rental period. 50% refund if cancel less than 30 days prior to first day of rental period.
