Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Special Rates apply for Holiday Weekends and Nascar Weekend. Call about extended weekend specials!
- Activity Badges are required from Memorial Day to Labor Day at $8 person/day, $30 person/week, $80/month, payable in advance to Arrowhead Lake Association (ALCA). Cleaning service is $75 per rental. Small dogs are welcome at an additional rate of $25.
There is also a mandatory $25.00 per car gate pass fee paid to Arrowhead Lake Association.
We will include the cost of the gate passes and wristbands in your advance payment and pay the Association Fees for you, so all you need to do is show up and collect your items from the gate house on arrival. - Rates may be adjusted, depending on the size of your group or the length of your stay and may be discounted for return guests. We would like to have the responsible person(s) of your group to be 25 years or older and take good care of our property so everyone visiting could have a fantastic time. Proof of age may be requested. Arrowhead Lake has check in service at the main gate, and a good security staff, so any extra guests you would like to have come and visit while you're at the house need to be approved by the homeowner and registered before arrival to avoid the late registration fee.
