Rental deposit of $400/week required to reserve unit.
Booking Confirmation and Rental Agreement Furnished
Reservations must be paid in full at least 28 days prior to arrival.
Refunds within 28 days subject to re-booking.
Departure/Weekly Cleaning fee is $70. Daily cleaning and linen/towel change available $30 per day.
Special events and holidays may have higher rate.
Less than full week rentals _generally_ not taken unless taking space between two reservations, until within 28 days of date.

We do not rent to vacationing students or singles under 22 years of age unless accompanied by an adult parent or guardian.
