Swimming Pool is SOLAR heated and Spa is gas heated April 1st through October 31st with no additional fees to advertised rates. Swimming Pool and Spa gas heating are available November 1st through March 31st, with additional fees to the advertised rates.*
*Pool/Spa heating are available for the months of November and March under the following terms; $425 for the Pool and Spa for a 3-night stay; and thereafter is $100 for each additional night.
*For the months of December, January, and February the terms are; $475 for the Pool and Spa for a 3-night stay; and thereafter is $125 for Pool and Spa for each additional night. - IMPORTANT: The Pool/Spa heating fees are fully refundable if the heating option is cancelled and received in writing by management, no later than 2 days BEFORE guest arrival as specified in the lease contract. Thereafter, all paid heating fees become non-refundable.
