Summer (May 24-Sep 7) $160/nt (3 nt.min.) $1095/week.
$175/nt for holidays and the Masters.
Plus 8% accommodation tax and $60 cleaning fee.
No smoking in the house. No pets.
50% payment to confirm reservation - Balance due 21 days prior.
Boat rides - Andy can take you for a pontoon boat ride $100 + fuel. We also have a 14' john boat available for $50/day + fuel, and an electric motor boat for $30/day. Ask about fishing excursions for experienced or inexperienced fishermen. - Check-in 4:00pm - Check-out 10:00am.
We have beds for 6 people. Maximum 8 person occupancy.
