- During Peak season (6/24-9/4), this unit is available for weekly rental only. Daily rates are available in the shoulder seasons. 50% of the rent is due as a deposit upon booking. Deposits are refunded with 60 days notice less a $25 cancellation fee. If cancellation is less that 60 days prior to arrival, the deposit is forfeited.
