Wells House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- During Peak season (6/24-9/4), this unit is available for weekly rental only. Daily rates are available in the shoulder seasons. 50% of the rent is due as a deposit upon booking. Deposits are refunded with 60 days notice less a $25 cancellation fee. If cancellation is less that 60 days prior to arrival, the deposit is forfeited.
There is an additional cleaning fee of $50 for each medium or small sized dog. Additionally there is a $100 security deposit, refunded after property has been inspected.
