Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- We have a 6 night minimum stay. Our rate is $2500 for 6 nights summer months and $2000 for 6 nights in winter months (guest cabin only availble in summer months). Each additional night is $400.
20 persons max additional $75 per stay for each person over.
There is also a $250 cleaning fee and taxes.
We require to purchase property damage protection for the duration of your stay which is a non-refundable $89.00.
We purchase this through Home Away service through CSA.
We require half down in order to reserve your dates and final payment 2 weeks before your arrival date.
We prefer checks as a form of payment but will consider credit cards.
Credit cards incur 3% convenience fee.

It seems there have been some hackers out there that ask for wire transfers only.
We do NOT accept wire transfers and I cannot confirm your rental without speaking with you.
