A 50% deposit is required to hold your reservation. Balance of rent and security deposit is due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations for any reason will be refunded if we are able to re-rent your dates. The re-rented portion less a $100 re-rental fee and will be refunded by check within 7 days. Security deposit will be refunded by check within 14 days of your departure provided there are no damages, excessive cleaning charges, loss/theft or additional unpaid fees incurred. The home is a non smoking home, any evidence of smoking in the home or non-compliance of rental agreement rules will result in forfeiture of security deposit.
