Sandy Ridge Villa Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Sept- Dec $99/ night
- All local and Florida state taxes (12%) are included as well as final cleaning when booked for at least 1 week. When stay is less than 1 week you will be charged 80.00 for final cleaning. Pool heating, which is recommended between October and April, is available for an additional 25.00 per day or 150.00 per week. There is a 250.00 security deposit, payable with the balance, which is returned 2 weeks after departure if there are no damages. The balance of your payment along with the security deposit is payable at least 6 weeks prior to arrival. The booking deposit (at time of booking) is 30% of total rental price.
Two weeks before your holiday we will send you: 1. Directions to our Villa. 2. Lockbox number to obtain your villa key. 3. Management Company phone number and contact details.
