Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Peak ...... (12/15 - 4/30) .. From $1850/week (7 night minimum)
Non-Peak .. (4/30 - 12/15) .. From $139 per night (7 night minimum)
During Peak Season the rentals are Saturday to Saturday.
Additional days will be pro rated. Non-Peak has more flexibility.
Rates do not include $75 cleaning fee and 10% tax.
Holiday week rates vary.
