- We try to price the house to be appealing to couples and families. Although it's a large house with 5 bedrooms, it's really great for one or two families with kids, or couples, or even one or two people. While we welcome groups of friends, loud or late parties are discouraged, or having additional people over to visit can be stressful for our neighbors.
Pets are welcome, within limits. Please, no smoking in the house.
Listed rate is for 2 guests, additional guests are extra, please see the above rate notes for details.
Maximum guests are 8, but 6 or 7 adults seem to be a more comfortable number.
Children under 3 years old are not charged, but other than infants, are counted towards the maximum occupancy. - Check in for the 2 night weekend stay is usually 12 noon on Friday and check out is 5 PM on Sunday.
Check in for the 7 night weekly stay is usually 3 PM on Saturday and check out is 11 AM on the following Saturday.
