If renting for less than one full week, total fee = base daily rate + $50.00 cleaning fee + 7.75% North Carolina Sales Tax + Carteret County occupancy of 5%.
Please contact owner for questions regarding rates. - $50 non-refundable pet fee. Maximum of 2 dogs permitted. No dogs over 65 pounds please.
