The Refundable Security Deposit in addition to the Rental Fee is to be paid at the time of booking, the deposit is refunded subsequent to your departure, after the house is thoroughly cleaned and inspected, within 30 days, as allowed by law.
Payment Methods Accepted: Credit Card (Visa, MC, Discover), Money Order, Bank or Cashier's check. - All occupants must be over 25 years old to reside in the house or be accompanied by their parent. (ID required).
Arrowhead Lake requires renters (over the age of 7) to purchase pool and beach tags (amenity badges) during the Summer Season (Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend) for use of the pool, health club, beaches and lake. Amenity Badge fees are $8.00/ day,$30.00/week, $80.00/month.
Other Season Amenity Badge fees are $3.00/ day,$15.00/week.
Gate pass must be purchased for $25.00 per vehicle in order to access the community.

Cancellation Policy*:
More than 45 days notice, FORFEIT SECURITY DEPOSIT.
Less than 45 days notice, NO REFUND, NO EXCEPTIONS.
