- The entire top floor is master suite: king bed, walk-in closet, sitting room with waterview, full bath, deck with waterview. Cable tv and wifi are included, of course. The second bedroom is a den on the first floor with twin size pull out sofa. There is a full bath off the den. Since the bedrooms have full baths and are on separate floors, their is privacy for each guest.
