Manuel Antonio House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

DEPOSIT: 50% to confirm reservation, the balance is due 30 days prior to date of arrival.
Check-in is after 2 PM, Check-out is before 11 unless agreed upon by owner.
Damages and Damage Deposit:
I will provide a $400.00 damage deposit either with the final payment or in cash/ traveler’s checks upon check-in. The damage deposit will be returned at checkout, minus any damages if applicable. The amount of $200 will be deducted from the damage deposit for lost/ stolen keys as this will require changing of the locks and a new gate control.
Cancellation:
Due to the nature of the vacation rental business, most bookings are done at least 3 months in advance. Cancellation made 60 days or more prior to arrival, may be applied to an alternate
