A 50% Deposit of your stay amount is required to hold your reservation. This amount is
FULLY REFUNDABLE. for up to 14 days prior to your arrival date.
After this time it becomes NON-REFUNDABLE AND YOU MUST COMPLETE YOUR STAY.
This amount will apply in full to your stay upon arrival.
For more terms and conditions please contact us we will be happy to send over our rental agreement at the time of booking. Thank you ! for looking we hope you will choose to stay with us!! - This offer is not good during the holiday seasons. Snow service is included in your stay price. We will plow the drive way for you to come into the home and then plow it again when you leave the home. This is not an extra price. We include Pay-Pal and Credit Cards at no extra fee.
