- We welcome 1 or 2 well trained, housebroken, quiet and non-aggressive breeds of dogs over the age of 1 year for a fee of $12.00 per day, per dog - up to max. amt. of $100.00 per dog, per stay. Please advise owner as to breed, size and age of dog with inquiries.
The change-over day in the off-season is flexible. During the Peak Season, where weeks only are allowed, the change-over day is Saturday.
In lieu of security deposit, damage insurance through HomeAway/VRBO site @ $69.00 is required for each stay. - You can either bring your own sheets, towels and beach towels, or hire a linen service to provide any or all linens. Linens may be provided by owners in some instances only during the Off-Peak season for an additional fee. Please contact owners for details.
