Off Season -- 11/1/13 to 4/30/14 $2900 mo A deposit of first months rent and security deposit equal to one months rent then monthly rental payments (does not include utilites or snow removal)
Cancellations 60 days or more prior to the reservation date will receive full refund. Cancellations less than 60 days prior to the reservation date will receive full refund of security deposit and rental fee refund equal to the amount of the rental fee of any replacement reservations for the period canceled.
