For confirmed bookings
* A 30% deposit will be charged for bookings made for more than 6 weeks before your holidays.
* If a booking is made less than 6 weeks before your holiday, then the whole amount is invoiced.
* A 350 euro damage deposit will be added to the main invoice, which will be refunded within maximum
2 weeks from departure, subject to there being no damages.
* There is an optional pick up service for 60 euro each way, if booked in advance.
* Cleaning once per week is provided and included in the price for 1 week rent, including towels and bedlinen.
If you need extra cleaning services during the week, this can be arranged at an extra cost of 85 euro each time. - Special Long Term Rates.
