Double Bed: brand New and very comfortable. Convertible Bed: There is a very comfortable futon in the upstairs bedroom that converts into a double bed. It can sleep 1 adult or 2 kids easy. We just added a 2nd sofa sleep to the master bedroom with a double pull out.
