Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $1000. per week, April, May, June and mid-September andOctober
$1150. per week, July and August
50% deposit holds your reservation.
$350 security deposit refundable on your departure.
Check-in 2 pm Saturday, check out 10 am Saturday.
Renters provide own towels & linens.
Very well-behaved dogs allowed with prior approval for a non-refundable fee of $10 daily per dog (2 dog minimum).
No smoking.
