Henderson House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $150 per night, 3 night min. stay required.
- Short term nightly rates:
* $150 per night.
* A minimum stay of 3 nights is required.
* Check in begins at 3:00 p.m. and check out is at 11:00 a.m.
* There is a one time cost of $100 for cleaning.
* We do ask for a refundable $250 security deposit to cover any damage or unpaid rental costs.
Long term stays:
Rates are available from $1,995 per month to $3,000 per month. Rates vary depending on need of utilities, maid service, and other services.
Terms:
* A refundable security deposit of $250 is needed to hold any reservation and must be received at least 90 days in advance of your arrival date.
* The full amount due for your rental fees and cleaning costs are due 60 days before your arrival - Refunds:
* 100 % of your security deposit, cleaning costs, and rental costs if cancelled 60 days prior to the Check-in Date.
* 100% of deposit and cleaning costs and 50% of rental costs if canceled less than 60 days and more than 30 days prior to the Check-in Date.
* 100% of your security deposit and cleaning costs will be refunded if canceled less than 30 days before your arrival date. However, no refund of your rental costs will be issues if canceled with less than 30 days notice before your arrival date.
We do recommend that you purchase travel insurance.
Rules:
* Pets can be considered.
* No smoking please.
* No more than 8 guests staying over night please.
* Please notify us immediately if there is any damage so repairs can be done right away.
