- The house comfortably accommodates up to six people, and works wonderfully for up to eight people with our detached studio, Moonrise Cottage.
Nightly Rate: $425/night plus 13.4% tax and $250 out cleaning;
Weekly Rate: $2600/week ($2700/wk after July 1, 2012) plus 13.4% taxes and $250 out cleaning;
One Week Minimum, Two Weeks During December Holiday Period.;
Discount of 10% Offered on Bookings of 4 or More Weeks.;
