Sandwich House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- 2800 per week
- To confirm booking, half the weekly fee of $1,400.00, and the security deposit of $750.00 must be received with the rental contract. Owner must be contacted by phone before booking.The balance of $1,400.00 must be received no later than 30 days prior to the rental week, along with a $125.00 cleaning fee. Reservations canceled within 30 days of the reservation may be subject to a penalty if the unit is unable to be rented for that time. Deposit will be returned 14 days after departure if the property is found in clean, and good condition.
