Bachelor Gulch House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Guest stays 4 nights or less must pay an additional check out cleaning fee of $420.
Additional housekeeping available and scheduled in advance at $35/maid hour.
Security Deposit: is equal to one nights stay, In the event of any charges, there will be a statement sent with an itemized explanation within 45 days of departure or if no charges a full deposit refund within 45 days of departure.
PAYMENT IN FULL: is required no later than 60 days prior to arrival or within 10 days of making your reservation.
Holiday FULL PAYMENTS are due 90 days prior to arrival.
CANCELLATIONS: made 61 days or greater prior to arrival will receive a full refund of the deposit less a $150 cancellation fee. Cancellations made 60 days or less are subject to full forfieture.
HOLIDAY CANCELLATIONS made 91 days or greater prior to arrival will receive a full refund of the deposit less a $150 cancellation fee. HOLIDAY Cancellations made 90 days or less are subject to full forfieture. - This Property Is Non Smoking And No Pets.
