Spring off season (from lifts closing till Memorial Day Weekend) $180 per night 5 night minimum (weekly rate $1120 for 7 nights)
Summer season (Memorial Day Weekend- Labor Day) $260 per night (weekly rate $1680 for 7 nights)
Fall off season (Labor Day Weekend - lifts opening) $200 per night 3 night minimum (weekly rate $1260 for 7 nights)
Winter season (while the lifts are open) $360 per night (weekly rate $2310 for 7 nights)
Christmas - New Years week $2800 per week $425 per night
Seasonal and long term rentals available;
City of Aspen Lodging tax of 11.1% on all rentals under one month;

Reservations require a signed Guest agreement and receipt of a deposit.;
