Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- A 50 % deposit is required to hold any dates,with the remaining 50% balance due 30 days to checkin
- A refundable deposit of 100.00 is required on all rentals. If cottage is left clean and not damaged, the deposit will be refunded within 10days after the departure date.If owners agree on a pet stay, a pet addedum will have to be signed and agreed to and there will be an additional pet fee of 130.00 weekly or20.00 PER DAY( 1 pet only & no cats).LINEN& TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED (2013) LINENS/TOWELS can be rented for 20.00 on min stays and 40.00 for 5night/weekly stays .All liinen rentals come with beds made ,2 towels provided exta depending on number of occp(ex.4 people occp. will have 6 towels)
We will not hold any dates unless a 50%deposit has been paid and short term rental contracts have been signed and returned the remaining50 % OF BALANCE NEEDS TO BE PAID 30 DAYS PRIOR TO DUE ARRIVAL DATE.If booking within a 45 day arrival date then FULL PAYMENT IS DUE by personal check only to hold date requested.
